Challenge
Keeping everything up to date while on the road can be challenging. Document and bill deadlines can easily be missed, while tracking how much was earned and spent on each trip requires manual notes on paper. With information scattered across different places, it is difficult to have a clear overview of the business and know how much each trip is actually generating.
Solution
The app tracks each trip from start to finish, recording its duration, earnings, and expenses while showing exactly where the money went. Drivers can quickly log expenses, linking them to a specific trip or keeping them separate. Based on this data, the app calculates the distance traveled, fuel efficiency, cost per kilometer, and actual profit for each trip, keeping everything organized in a history for future reference. Documents and bills are also kept in one place, with their due dates in view, so nothing goes unnoticed.
